Judo

Judo is a martial art that emphasizes the use of quick movement and leverage to throw an opponent. Techniques turn an opponent’s force to one’s own advantage rather than to oppose it directly.
 

Fitness Kickboxing

Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are 45 minute interval training sessions including cardiovascular & resistance training, as well as plyometric exercises and Yoga poses. Class includes a warm up, several rounds of combinations on a heavy bag, finishing with intense abdominal exercises.

Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.  Considered the premier proven style for self-defense, BJJ is essential for everyone.

Muay Thai

A form of kickboxing that is traditional in Thailand and includes blows using punches, kicks, elbows and knees powerfully and efficiently. Widely considered the most effective and complete striking martial art.

 

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts is a contact sport that allows a wide range of fighting techniques including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, takedowns, strikes on the ground and a wide range of submission wrestling holds.
 

TEEN JIU-JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a perfect activity for any teen. Benefits include physical fitness, self defense, increased self confidence & stress relief. Considered the premier self defense martial art, for anyone looking for a positive impact in their life.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu for Kids promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent.

Boxing

Boxing is the art of attack and defense with the fists practiced as a sport.

Referred to as the “sweet science”, Boxing is comprised of footwork, feints, strategy and efficient punching from all angles.
